Logan has been in real estate for ten years. His non-traditional deals include curative title work, rezoning, subdividing, dispute resolution, undivided interest transactions, trustee services, and construction. Before real estate, he managed oil and gas and construction projects in Southern Texas. Currently, he is the Director and Managing Partner of his company Asset Resolution Partners, where he manages the business and the transaction and litigation management of its deals.

All right, so first question is what got you into real estate?

Well, I was working in the oil field in South Texas. And right about that time, I saw some

houses that were rental-type products. And I'd always heard folks that made a, you know, a good

income, I guess, and a real, I guess built some wealth by the end of their

lifestyle, but didn't have like the big degrees or doctors. They did it through real estate.

Yeah. So I thought, well, let me go give that a try. So it started with a couple of rental

houses. And they did pretty good, but they weren't kind of as quick as I thought. So that's

when the, when things started to spool and say, what else is out there?

So what you were working out in oil fields? Right. Yeah. When was this? So this was starting around 2012. Okay. And then you started buying properties and it wasn't going the way you wanted to go?
