Summary

The 1986 murder of San Diego college student Cara Knott exposed a shocking abuse of power by a law enforcement officer. After Cara's body was found near an I-15 off-ramp, the investigation focused on an officer with the California Highway Patrol, whose patrol route covered the area. Dozens of women testified that this officer had previously sexually harassed them after pulling them over at the same location. Would the evidence lead to a conviction in Cara's case?
