Today, we're going to be going to be going over a very short topic. In fact, this is probably

going to be one of my shortest podcasts. But this topic is something that is just a pain for many

people to memorize. So I'm going to give you an easy way to remember

it. So we're going to be talking about the easy way to memorize the tetanus vaccine. Okay.

The easy way to memorize the tetanus vaccine. And then I might say a few things at the end and

then we'll wrap this up. Now, what are the critical, like if you basically know this podcast, you're set with tetanus.

So first things first, what are the different kinds of vaccines for tetanus?

Well, there's the D-Tab vaccine.

There's the T-D-V vaccine and there's the T-D vaccine. Okay, there's D-TAP, there's T-D, and then

there's T-D. If you notice D comes earlier than T in the alphabet, that should help you remember

that D-TAP is given only to kids. The D-Tap vaccine, the diphtheria, tetanus, and accellular perturosis vaccines are given only to kids.

All right.

Now, T-DAP is the next one, right?

T-Dap can be given to adolescent and adults.

You can be given to pretty much any adulticence and adults.

Basically, a person that is not a kid.

And then, the TD vaccine is given only to adults, only to adults.

Now, one thing I have noticed that really screws people up with the Tetna's vaccine

is that they try to merge so many things together instead of being systematic

and organizing slash categorizing things and honestly the method I'm about to go over I feel like

is the best method to categorize things so what are the two dichotomies you need to keep in mind
