In today's podcast, we're going to continue the rapid review series for the US Emily Step 2, Sikki, and Step 3 exams.

So, what if you get a question that says, you know, they give you a veneate about a 32-year-old

IV drug user, and you're told that she has been an inpatient in the hospital for the past two weeks,

and you're told that she's being managed for endocratitis.

And then we're told that her creatin this morning is 3.0, which is up from like 1.0, two days ago.

And we're giving, you know, her urinary sodium is like 45 million equivalents per liter.

We're told that a urinal similarity is 250 milliseconds per kilogram.

And her urine specific gravity is really low, right?
