really, really, really high yield to know for the USMLA exams.

So, let's begin.

What if they give you a question about an individual that just returned to the U.S.

from military, you know, thin, like some kind of military deployment.

And this was like, you know, the person just returned like four weeks, I mean, like three days ago.

And this person for the past 48 hours has been having fevers and has been having a lot of, you know,

just fevers, shortness of breath. The person has been having a nonproductive cough.

And they tell you that the person is brought to the emergency room and they give you some labs.

You notice that the person's hemoglobin is like four and they give you some labs. You notice that the person's hemoglobin is like four.

And they give you the hematocrate of like 12,

because remember your hematocrat is three X your hemoglobin.

And then the person's white count is like 500 or something extremely low.

And then the aplitle count is like 3,000, something extremely low. And then they give you vital signs.

You notice the person's temperature is like 101 degrees Fahrenheit.

The person is hypotensive.

The person is tachycardic, the person's tachypnic.

And then they tell you that they give you some relevant history.

They tell you that this person had an infection
