had some significant achievements in his lifetime, but who most people have never heard of.

That man is Diogo-Cao, a Portuguese mariner who would explore the Western coast of Africa

in the early years of the age of discovery. He would be the first European to find and explore the great

Congo River. His voyages, he had two of them, would help set the stage for other explorers,

including Bartolome Diaz and Vasko de Gama.

This will not be that long of an episode, as we don't know a lot about Diego Cal or his voyages.
