around Zach Erds. Chris, how are you doing today? Doing well, man. I'm feeling great.

It's Friday, and we're recording a and a light we're getting inching ever so

closely now less than two weeks old training camp. How are you doing? Well other you know people that

that follow me on social media and know how much I like chicken parm and yesterday um I was reheating

some chicken parm and just straight up nuked it.

And it was flaming hot, but I didn't see a lot of like steam coming from it.

So I was like, all right, cool.

Maybe it's just like room temperature, whatever.
