Once again, Donald Trump has announced that on Monday, he's going to hold a major press conference

at Bedminster at 11 a.m. Eastern time, so that'll be eight o'clock, Pacific time.

So that's an hour before we go on the air.

He says he's going to prove that he's innocent of everything and they just need to drop all the charges.

But he's going to do this on Monday of next week.

He's given his lawyers basically and his writers and Steven Miller and whoever else.

He's giving them six days to come up with something that's going to get him out of this

five-year minimum mandatory fix that he finds himself in.

I'm not real optimistic on his behalf.

I think this is going to be another clown show, just very simply, another clown show.

This indictment, by the way, just to restate is actually a much larger case than the case that

Jack Smith has brought against Donald Trump. It involves obviously more people, that case only

prosecuting Trump, but it also has more severe penalties. Now the potential penalties are really

high in both cases, but the Georgia Rico Statute has minimum mandatories.
