If you look across some of the most successful boutiques, big and small, around the world,

and you ask yourself, what do they have in common? The number one thing I often find is that they

have a thriving community. It's not just about you as a boutique owner selling products to people,

we're hoping someone walks in off the

street, but you have a tried and true community that you have curated and cultivated and build,

often in a Facebook group or in a highly engaged Instagram audience over time, maybe even TikTok.

Today, we're going to dive into what it takes to build an authentic community, and we're going to talk about it in a little bit different way than maybe you've heard in the past.
