story with perfectionism and it was something I put the pieces together I always shared a story of my late 20s which is about

like 16 18 years ago I read Brana Brown's book, Gifts of Imperfection and when I reading that book, I had my aha moment where I realized behind my anxiety and my

never-ending guilt that I'm not doing enough or did I upset somebody was stemming from or drive by my perfectionism.

And what happened fast forward I graduated from school and I'm starting to do therapy and I realize so many people come to therapy to talk about anxiety and sleep issues, relationship issues, couples issues, parenting issues and what you start to realize is behind all of these struggles
