And for this week's assignment, I've come to Paris

to try to find out whether the controversial French comedian

is acting as a recruiting sergeant for the far right.

I'm at a demonstration against the French government

and against the French president, Fonssois, or Laune,

it's called the Jean-Ducolaire, the day of rage.

And I'm surrounded, as I walk over the river,

send on a bridge by thousands and thousands of protesters

waving French flags and banners from all kinds of organisations.

I come here because I'm very angry.

It's a year that we are pressed by consecutive governments.

We are fed up.

I don't think that I face in politicians anymore.

It's a very strange mixture of people at the protest today.

Traditional, Catholic organisations are opposed to gay marriage.

People opposing tax increases.

There's quite a few people here from the national front.
