It is me.

It wasn't going to be me.

Emily wasn't as confident in her reception. So I figured it would just be safer if I went ahead and hosted this week.

But she was so excited to talk about this talk.

It's such a good one.

So today we have Shima joining us.

to see you. So good to see you always. Awesome. Yay. Okay, well, good news is I was telling Shima, I almost had my kids around, but my husband bumped his call so he could be home a little bit longer. So I might not be as distracted as I thought. So that's good. Oh, what a blessing. That's amazing. Good husband. I know. But Shima has so many good things to share.

I have a few because I didn't have as much time to prepare for this one. But it was also an easy one. I read it and I was like, oh, this is so good. The discussion is going to be so good.
