Diet labels are, on one hand, helpful. They can help you understand and navigate a seemingly complex world of food options and help you find a community of people to align to, helping you feel less alone in the world.

Yet on the other hand, diet labels may be holding you back from finding your best, personalized nutrition plan. It could be preventing you from exploring other options or worse, become such a huge part of your identity that moving on or letting go can cause a personal crisis.

In this episode, I'm exploring the pros and cons – the good, bad, and ugly – about diet labels to provide you with some food for thought on your own journey.
