I don't know if it's a crime or not, but somebody else is saying that he's violating election loss.

And that's the Marion County clerk, Kate Sweeney, because he used clips in his latest re-election campaign video that was during an official visit to the Marion County Election Service Center on Election Day in November.

And the Marion County clerk is saying, well, wait a second, you can't use that as part of your campaign. And by the way,

there were people in the video who did not give you permission to use their face in this.

And it's obvious stuff. It's obvious stuff that any reasonable person, right?

Like that should be the test.

Would a reasonably knowledge, would a reasonable person think this is okay?

And what reasonable person would think that you go in your official job capacity?

And everybody knows the separation of government and campaign, right?

Right.

The law prohibits government employees from using government property for campaign activities.

Casey, you have a family member who works for the state of Indiana, correct?

Yeah.

How early in the process did that family member have to sit down for

training where they made very clear the separation of the campaign and the office itself?

It was day one. Yes, thank you. Ethics training. And he was on it too. He was like, I want to make sure.
