In a stunning move, Prosecutors in the Sean “Diddy” Combs trial pull back some key testimony today in their federal criminal trial against the disgraced rap mogul. Specifically attempted kidnapping, arson, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking.
The stunning move comes just one day after Diddy addresses the court for the first time telling Judge Arun Subramanian he will not take the stand in his own defense. According to TMZ, in a letter issued to the judge, prosecutors say the government is following his instructions to “streamline” the jury instructions.
