So Diddy and his legal team are doubling down

on his defence that these free cops, which are at the centre of the case against him, is actually

going to exonerate him. So in a motion that they filed in New York federal court, I have it here

in front of me.

Did his attorney's claim that the nine videos, now we know that. We did not know that, Mark.

We knew there were videos. We didn't know how many. There are nine videos in question. They involve his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Now, he claims that these videos demonstrate private sexual activity between two consenting adults in a long-term relationship.

They're arguing, Mark, if you review the videos, it's abundantly clear is what they say, that Mr. Combs is innocent. They argue that the footage

provided by Cassie. That's interesting too, Mark. For the first time ever, we found out we now know

who gave them the sex tapes, the freak off tapes. It was Cassie is what Diddy is claiming

in this new motion. And they say that she is not only

consenting to sex. In the videos, you can see that she is enjoying herself. There are no secret

cameras they claim, no orgies, no underground tunnels, no minors, just a consenting couple having kinky sex, which they claim

might be a little naughty, might make you blush a bit, but it's totally, totally legal.

What an interesting strategy.
