Summary

On Tuesday, November 19th, Diddy had a hearing to go over his concerns with an MDC raid that happened in his cell looking for contraband. The Defense argues that his attorney-client-privileges were trampled on because during the raid some of his legal pads were confiscated and it had the word LEGAL written on them clearly identifying that it shouldn't have been reviewed. The court reviewed the images of the legal pad from the raid and that identification was not visible. There is now a bail hearing on Friday, November 22nd, and the court says that the defense better be prepared to provide context for why that label was not there. 0:47.6

you have shown nothing new to reopen this question. Like, you don't get to reopen the question of bail. We saw this argument in

0:57.2

the Corey Richens case. In the bail arguments, you saw Corey Richens attorneys saying this is a change

1:03.2

of circumstance so we can reopen the question of bail. In that case, it was the changing of the

1:10.6

potential penalty. And the judge said,

1:12.0

yes, I think that's enough to change the circumstances to look at the bail. You can't just ask

1:18.2

for the bail to change. You can't just come in and be like, excuse me, you said no, you guys,

1:24.6

you can't just do it like your kid. Hey, I know you told me no, but I figured if I asked again 9,822 times that you would eventually
