I'm living through both.

I told you prior, and I'm going to keep my word on that as long as I can, but definitely

for today, we are not covering the trial of the century with the podcast.

If you need a reprieve from the trial that is overwhelming the news cycle, I grant you

that in this episode.

We are not discussing that.

Not that the news that is also dominating the zeitgeist is much better. Like, it's all trash.

Pure hot mess trash of men behaving badly. Some government behaving badly, which I literally think I'm

adding just so it's not a whole episode talking about black men ain't shit. And I don't mean black men

in general. I mean, the black men that are being discussed between Chris Brown, Drake,

Torrey Lane's, DDG, this man who raped this woman after a car accident. It's really difficult

to live as a woman. It's also really difficult to be reporting as a woman right now,

especially if you cover entertainment, just like the day-to-day misogyny bullshit and then just

like being deep in the reporting of it, even if you try to avoid the trial of the century,

like it's just, it's, I should say, all bad. It's just everything is all bad. Thank you to
