You were just telling me about your gallivanting.

I've been the length and breadth of the country. I've been from from Somerset I've been up in North Yorkshire

I've been able to Liverpool Wigan, Manchester, everywhere.

So it's been absolutely crazy, you know.

So the podcast and stuff has gone, not my own other peoples,

but, you know, where I can I will oblige, but it's taking its

toll as I've done like me a fatt or more than a thousand old, and in such a short period of time,

so, and working at the same time as well as a little bit cattle trucks as we say down there.

So listen everybody if John needs a few nights off or whatever, you've heard it here,

it's for his own, it's own health, it's always good to dip out and re-energise John. Go and jump in some rivers. You know what I mean? That's weird.
