So back in the day, they used to actually give you like an SAT like pets.

Like you got like a scantron, you had actually memorized everything about the menu.

So now I took the, I took the 2019 version where they basically baby you through the whole process.

It's five, it's five days of you sitting through a bunch of old school sexual harassment videos

and pictures of the food and going over the food.

You try like 12 to 15 items a day during your lunch.

You don't have to pay for it.

They pay you to train from I think it was like eight o'clock to two in the afternoon.

You follow a server at the end of your training day.

And after those five days, you go to your location that you were assigned.

And you do the shipy out.

So that was other cheesecakes.

Yeah, so they have specials cheesecakes to like train you at like the bigger version.

It's just so they can sit like let's say they have a class of like 30 people.

They have enough room for all of you.

Because before you get to the sexual harassment training, you got to know the menu.

And then why I've been even finished the training.

So after the five days, you go to your location, you do two days of running the food.

So that's when you get to really get familiar with the items.

And it's like kind of you kind of learn that everything is kind of the same after a while.
