I love to use that term because there's so much of it out there, you know, the world's

going to come to an end type of thing.

And there's also, you know, the opposite side,

which is this particular investment,

is all you need, and it's going to make you rich, okay?

The world, the vast majority of reality is somewhere in the middle, okay?

And so our job is to help you understand that gray area because that's where the world is.

This is in about a hyperbole one way or the other,

permables, permabares, whatever you typically see on social media,

even sometimes in media, right, with crazy headlines.
