have we misread the Bible?

My guest today are Steve Chalk and Andrew Wilson.

Steve Chalk is the founder of the Oasis Trust

and pastor of Oasis Church in Waterloo.

He's a well-known author and a leading and sometimes outspoken voice in the British

Church. In recent decades Steve has sparked intense debates on issues like

the nature of the cross and homosexuality. Most recently he's published an article in the March

edition of Christianity magazine calling for a fresh approach to biblical

interpretation. Andrew Wilson is a speaker, author and theologian with the New Frontiers network.

Andrew takes a more conservative and his view more biblical approach to issues like the

atonement and sexuality. His own article on biblical interpretation can be found in the April edition of Christianity magazine.

Well today they're joining me to talk about whether we need to change the way we read the Bible.
