third time. I am your host, the Capitol's correspondent, J.J. Regan, with me today. He's the

J.J., a couple things.

Number one, that was your first acceptable intro of the entire history of the Capital Space Off podcast

because I do love me some South Park.

And secondly, you are the error-prone capitals correspondent today.

I would defend myself, but I can't after messing up the first two things.

Anyway, today on the podcast, we're going to talk about T.J. O'Shee's new contract.

I don't know if you notice, T.J.O.O.C. got a new contract. We're going to talk about the team's free agent plans. We're going to talk about development camp, which is going on this week. And we're going to open up the mailbag to answer your questions. But first, Tarek, at the end of the pie, we talked about error prone.

At the end of the podcast, I haven't really figured out how to sort of sign off yet.

I just sort of, I do my live reads, and then it's all, oh, thank you, everybody.

And then it's just sort of a weird ending. So I wanted to bounce off a sign off for you.
