It was a day of rising prices oil in particular continued its ascent closing the day up better

than a dollar barrel back over $58 a barrel quickly approaching that $60 milestone which

I do expect oil to exceed before too long.

And it wasn't just energy prices that were going up.

It's going to be more expensive to eat as well as drive your car grain prices across

the board.

Quarant up about 3% on the day wheat 2.5% oats soybeans up about 1.7%.

But again not just agriculture not just energy metals up across the board.

I mean no one really noticed a 1% move up in the price of gold.

That's not that big a deal.

It was over it was up about 1.5%.

But look at some of the moves in other metals platinum was up 3% on the day.

That's a pretty big jump there.

But look even copper was up 1.5% on the day.

Zinc up 1.5% aluminum about 1.1 about the same as gold 1.3% jump in the price of 10.
