Oh, I come in pumped. I was listening to T-Swift on my way in,

I was listening to Karma, just bumping ready to go. But every Monday show, I feel like we're all

trying to figure out what we want to talk about. Usually, by Tuesday, we're on our A-game.

I do think there's a ramp up throughout the week, generally. I mean, Monday's usually

it's a big ratings day, so there's a lot of big guests and things like that. But I think any time

we're down for any particular amount of time, even a weekend, sometimes it takes a moment to

reset. But we had a big show today. I mean, so let's get right into it. First off, we had a big

interview with Congresswoman Nancy Mase, fellow Republican. What did you think? How do you think it went?

So I was glad we had our Nancy Mase as one of these kind of unicorn Republicans in the House

Republican Conference. I have like, she and I have like message back and forth, but it was the first

time we actually met in person. I thought she did a really good job of articulating why the spending

process in Washington is so broken. Listen, I, if there had been a shutdown, I would have considered

it the Matt Gaetz shutdown, but she did explain how there are good, serious Republicans and Democrats

working together to actually fund the government the way it's constitutionally supposed to be funded.
