One of the top trending topics today was STILL “Peggy," days after the “Did President Trump call a reporter Piggy” controversy. That’s because GROK is insisting that Trump said “Quiet, quiet Peggy” referring to Bloomberg reporter Peggy Collins, not to the actual reporter Catherine Lucey who asked Trump the Epstein question he didn’t want to answer. But it’s Trump himself, in the White House official statement, that puts the issue to bed, but why is no one taking issue with what Trump insists was an appropriate reaction to rude behavior.

| 0:06.1 | Hey there, folks. |
| 0:07.2 | It is Thursday, November the 20th, and the next great debate on the internet is going on as we speak. |
| 0:16.8 | The question, did he say piggy or Peggy? |
| 0:21.9 | With that, welcome to this episode of Amy and T.J. An episode I didn't even want to do was not on my radar. Robs, I give you credit, say, hey, all this is going on and people are talking about. I said, I was a couple days ago. It's over. We know he said, Piggy, what's the big deal? And sure enough, Robs, I look on Twitter, and it's the number |
| 0:38.1 | one trending topic as we are recording. Peggy. Yes, it's interesting because he said this |
| 0:44.3 | when on Friday? Over the weekend, over the weekend, basically there was a reporter. You |
| 0:51.1 | couldn't see her in the video who asked him a question about Epstein. We kind of know now he doesn't really like it when reporters ask him about why he hasn't released the Epstein files, yada, yada, yada, yada. And so he clearly says, quiet, quiet, piggy. Yeah. Yeah, you hear him say it wasn't a, okay, and we had a moment. We looked at it, but there was no debate at the time. If you watch the video, you're not wondering, did he say something else? No, you hear him say. In context of what was happening in the moment, even. |
| 1:20.7 | He was angry. And you could tell he was angry. And he, didn't he pointed a finger, too? He he was pissed off and he called a female reporter |
| 1:29.4 | piggy while telling her to be quiet and we went back and forth about it at the time that any |
| 1:34.5 | other president would be forced to come out and give an apology would be taken to task over this |
| 1:40.7 | and we got to a point we're used to certain things with this president that he said |
| 1:44.9 | this and we kind of moved on, didn't miss a beat. And then, Robes, earlier this week, a debate got |
| 1:52.2 | going. People were wondering, wait a second, did he say Peggy? Because the reporter's name might |
| 2:00.3 | be Peggy. I didn't think about that. |
| 2:02.6 | So that was what folks were trying to do who were coming to the defense of the president, |
| 2:06.7 | didn't want to believe that he said what he said. So yes, they actually pieced together a female |
| 2:13.5 | reporter from Bloomberg because that was what everyone was saying. It was a female reporter |
| 2:16.9 | from Bloomberg. And they're like, hey, there's a what everyone was saying. It was a female reporter from Bloomberg. |
| 2:25.1 | And they're like, hey, there's a reporter named Margaret Collins, and she goes by Peggy. So that must have been what he said. |
| 2:34.3 | He told Margaret Collins to be quiet. Look, that could make sense. Bloomberg, right? It was a Bloomberg reporter. |
