I'm Ben Micellis from the Midas Touch Network, Marjorie Taylor Greene just committed a very

serious crime in my opinion during a congressional hearing, and the crime I believe she committed is

so astonishing that a member of the House of Representatives would engage in this conduct.

The crime I'm talking about is Washington DC's law against revenge porn. Specifically, here is

what the DC law states, specifically DC code section 22-3054. A third party who comes into possession

of the sexual image and who publishes shares it with six or more people can be charged with

a second degree unlawful publication of a sexual image. This is a misdemeanor offense punishable

by up to 180 days in jail and or a fine of $1,000. In order to prove this offense, the government

must establish that one, the defendant knowingly published a sexual image that was obtained through

a third party. Two, the person depicted was either identified or identifiable. Three, the person

depicted did not consent to the disclosure or publication of the image. And four, the defendant

published the sexual image with conscious disregard that the image was obtained as a result of a

previous disclosure or publication of the image made with an intent to harm the person depicted

or to receive a financial gain. So during this congressional hearing held by the MAGA Republican

Controlled Oversight Committee, Marjorie Taylor Greene showed the non-consensual

nudes of Hunter Biden. He obviously did not consent to these photographs being shared.

She shared these photographs during the congressional hearing just to mock Hunter Biden.

And this was a hearing about the MAGA Republican conspiracy theories about Hunter Biden,

but they are obsessed with sharing these non-consensual nudes. So here is Marjorie Taylor Greene.

And then I want to talk about what Marjorie Taylor Greene's argument is going to be,

then let's talk about some reactions by Democrats to what she did.
