Welcome back to the Dershow in a dramatic announcement today, Justice Sam Alito said that

the ruling overturning so rovers his way, the leak of that ruling put Justice's lives

at risk.

He said it gave people a rational reason to think that the eventual decision could be

prevented, quote, by killing one of us.

And we know that at least one justice came close to being killed.

We know that Justice Kavanaugh had somebody on his lawn close to his house with weapons

with an intention to kill him in order to change the vote.

Now one vote would have changed it.

There had been, if one of those justices God forbid had been killed, who knows who would

have replaced him and whether the replacement would be in time, probably Justice Roberts'

decision, simply upholding the Mississippi statute would have become the law.

And rovers' way probably wouldn't have been overruled, you know, assassinations in American

history and in world history have worked, the Lincoln assassination absolutely worked.

The Civil War failed.

And then Lincoln's assassination did away with reconstruction and recreated kind of the

segregated south, the clan and Jim Crow, all are a direct result of Lincoln's assassination.

Abins' assassination probably changed the nature of the Israeli-Palestine conflict, obviously

the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand caused the First World War and tens of millions

of people killed as the result of that.

So there are rational reasons for assassinating.

They're immoral, they're wrong, but they're not irrational.
