Tonight's episode, did Gen Camp get kicked out of bankruptcy court?

Yes, that's the question that's on our mind today.

I'm recording this on Friday August 30th

2024. Yesterday August 29th 2024 was a very important day in the bankruptcy

lawsuit that Jen Camp filed in Western Washington, specifically in Tacoma, because that is the day on which the trustee's motion to dismiss her case or transfer it to Utah was heard.

Now there have been a lot of things going on behind the scenes leading up to this motion.

I'm going to go over those with you and then ultimately we'll get to the conclusion of yesterday's

motion and what the judge actually ruled on the trustee's motion to dismiss the

case or transfer it to Utah in other words to get it the hell out of Washington, because the trustee does not believe it belongs in Washington, because the trustee believes that Gen Camp is not satisfied the venue requirement of living in Washington, having a domicile in Washington, having

a residence in Washington for the majority of the 180 days leading up to her filing for bankruptcy, which she did on July 5, 2024.

Here is the actual motion that the trustee filed.

We went over this on the last episode that dealt with Jincamp and her bankruptcy,

trustee's notice and motion to dismiss or transfer the Chapter 13 case.

Once again, the hearing date was yesterday, Augustth, 2024.

You can see that at the upper right-hand corner

of the first page.

And the response date was August 22nd, 2024.

In other words, any responses to the trustee's motion needed to be filed by that

date one week at least in advance of the hearing itself. If you want to get all
