Hi. My daughter passed away. She was 52 years old. She passed away on the 19th of December and she had a really serious

disease called scleroderma and she had a very serious infection and it went into her lungs and we thought she was going to,

you know, come out of it and go home, but she developed the acute respiratory distress syndrome and, know she was a full code but

they wanted to take her to the intensive care unit but they they said that

because of her lung condition we could put her on the

ventilator but we don't think we can get her off so I decided to just let her

pass away and I was all by myself in the hospital room.
