affect you in some way very seriously significantly hopefully not though

but it's probably consideration for you when you pick up a laptop by a laptop a new laptop

what might be the case if you encounter some kind of problem and you need to be in touch with tech support?

And so laptop mag.com they did this cool laptop tech support showdown and they did some

2019 ratings in which they called all the major laptop manufacturers and they hit them with a series of questions.

Now first things first, they monitored how long it took from waiting for tech support to pick up the phone call.

They also try to reach out to tech support on social media.

They try to reach out to tech support over the web, you know, the little web interface

that exists on the websites of various laptop manufacturers, and then they bake that all into

a score in order to figure out who the top brands were for laptop tech support and who the bottom ones were.

So you should know if you purchase a new laptop what you expect from a tech support perspective.

So this time around, your favorite fruit company Apple at the very top of the list.

Look at this, all right, on this this beautiful little chart a 91 out of a

hundred overall score web score of 54 phone score 37 average call time only six

minutes and 40 seconds. Now some of the questions that were

asked things such as we asked how to disable for system updates as well as how to

turn off our laptop's webcam.
