You know, one of the things is, I think really what was the catalyst that drove the defense

to approach the prosecution and request this plea deal?

And I think it was a couple of things.

I can't point to one thing.

But obviously, to me, the smoking gun piece of evidence,

if we can call it that, was the DNA on the knife sheath. That is just irrefutable. You can't

argue it. There were still some idiots out there arguing the police planted it. Yeah. They didn't

know who the perp was, but they planted a minuscule amount of his DNA on a knife sheet

that it turned out that he ordered on Amazon eight months prior. Yeah, they did all of that. They did

that too. They have a crystal ball and they can predict who's the perp going to be, and all of those

things. So those pieces of evidence, the white Hyundai Alantra.

I remember early on in this investigation,

the Moscow police put it out there and they said,

we're looking for white Hyundai Alontra.

It's a witness.

And I do right away, that's not a witness.

That's the pump's car and you know it.

So that is the nexus between that car and then, of course, the ring cameras that caught that car driving around by 1122 King Road prior to the murders.

And then just lately it comes out that we have the door dash driver that probably is an eyeball witness to seeing Brian Kohlberger in front of 1122 King Road

on the morning of the murders. Dr. W. I see you're all excited. With thoughts. No, I'm in complete and

total agreement. Sergeant Bill, we're just literally going down the list, you know, checking everything

off, all of the boxes. DNA for me was the tipping point where it all started on the button closure of the knife sheath.
