I thought that they were putting Sacramento on some of the stuff. No, they have a patch, I think, that says Sacramento. It's like these towns slogan. Oh. Right here. But they're just the A's. And I believe the North Sacramento is where they're that. Fine. The A's, they're wheeling and dealing. A few days after trading for former National League batting champion, Jeff McNeil from the Mets, they extended one of their owns. Tyler Soderstrom gets a deal. Seven years, 86 mil that could

max out at $131 million. It's the largest contract in franchise history. How surprised are you

that the A's are making some bold moves before getting to Las Vegas?

You can call them bold moves, but I think they're smart moves. I mean, this is what good

organizations should do, recognize they have something in their young talent, lock them up early.

I mean, all along the Braves. The Braves have been a consistent performer in the lead

because they've done that. I think that's exactly kind of what's happening here. We have Brent Rooker

locked up. We have Lawrence Butler locked up. We have Max Muncie. We have Jacob Wilson guys that they

might look to lock up later on, but a very nice young core. You can name

guy after guy after guy that's under team control for quite some time and has performed

well or well above average at the big league level. They have an offense, Chris. So I'm not

surprised they're doing this. In in fact I think it's very smart
