0:14.7	And I was just thinking this morning as I woke up about the most recent call I had with my self-coaching
0:22.9	society, community, and the questions that we asked ourselves during our year-end review.
0:32.8	Now, I do believe the examined life is worth living. And if we do want to set ourselves up for a new year
0:41.3	that pleases us, that brings us more of what we want to be, do, and have, then spending a little
0:46.6	time assessing the year that we are wrapping up now is worthwhile. There is something to this. And there are a couple of questions I'm going to share
0:59.3	with you today that we discussed on our call together. I might do a part two on this tomorrow
1:03.5	because these questions are big and deep. But I opened with a quote and I can't remember
