The foundation and focus of Dianna’s teachings is living a conscious life through joyfully exploring and better knowing ourselves. Her work brings her to a diverse population from individual clients to grieving families, as well as the terminally ill. She is an award-winning author of a children's book series on dealing with loss and death. 1:14.6	If I can, I would love to start by just reading something from your website.
1:19.6	Your website, Wisdom transcends.com, which is a fairly new launch and it's fantastic.
1:25.6	But these words struck me from the first page.
1:30.3	You write, I am often asked, what is conscious dying?
1:33.3	And while I can certainly speak to this topic, I have realized that with the exception of several logistical aspects to dying,
1:41.3	that living and dying are in fact the same thing, and the foundation of both
1:46.5	is unconditional love.
1:48.7	This is not a new idea.
1:50.2	Many writers and spiritual teachers have expressed this concept well.
1:55.0	As the American spiritual teacher, clinical psychologist and author Ram Dass says, if I am going to die, the best way to prepare is to quiet my mind and open my heart.
