Hi guys, in this video, I want to analyze someone's food log, okay, her name is Diane,

0:05.4

and we want to compare it to healthy ketosis and intermittent fasting and give some recommendations.

0:10.8

So we know that she's 5'6", 235 pounds, and 63 years young, okay, so we know that.

0:18.5

In the morning, she does bulletproof coffee, then she does a quest bar, and doesn't really tell me

0:24.9

when this is. I'm guessing this is probably in the morning, okay, and then a chicken Caesar salad

0:31.2

for lunch, and then one for dinner. The first one is going to be between two and three o'clock in the

0:35.7

afternoon, and then the last one is nine to ten, which is totally fine because if she were to go

0:42.9

all the way, and actually not, well, we'll cover this in a second, but I like the idea of eating

a couple of medications, which I'm not going to analyze, but I just to make note,

1:10.0

bear for probably to prevent a clot because she's obviously has high blood pressure, so she's

1:15.1

taking two medications for blood pressure, and then one for depression or anxiety, I'm not sure

1:20.0

which one, okay, so these may have side effects, I don't know, mainly if they were going to have

1:28.3

side effects, it could be something like, I know with blood pressure medication, it's usually

1:33.5

insulin resistance, okay, I don't know about this one, but it'd be good to analyze that,

1:37.3

but as Diane does this for a period of time, her mood should elevate, okay, especially when she

1:43.4

doesn't have enough fasting, and possibly get with her doctor to see if she needs this anymore.

1:50.0

Also, as she improves and gets healthy, the need for these will go down as well,

1:54.9

but that's between her and her doctor, she's taking some vitamins, true vision, which I couldn't

2:01.2

find what kind of vitamins they are, I'm not sure why she's taking them, and I don't know the quality,
