And today's special guest is Diane Guerrero.

Diane is an actor who's seen on Oranges the New Black and Jane the Virgin.

She also wrote a powerful memoir about her Colombian parents struggle to immigrate to America,

called In the Country We Love, My Family Divided.

And she's adapted it for young adult readers.

You know, not every memoir can make that transition.

For example, I wrote a memoir.

It's called, screw everyone, sleeping my way to monogamy.

You cannot adapt that to a YA audience very easily.

I mean, what are you going to call it?
