As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson.

Wednesday evening edition of the show, much later than I expected to be.

And here's the thing I want to share with you guys too.

I have a great job.

It's a lot of fun.

It is. But you spend a lot of time waiting you do and

like today i give you a good example was trying to kind of nail down the interview with

oklahoma head baseball coach skip johnson we got it done you can go read it over at jeanspage

dot com and uh check it out what he had to say about, you know, his team and the series and, you know, some players had been rather notable.

But it took some time to kind of nail down our time.

You get two busy people.

I'm an exceptionally busy guy.

They're busy.

And so sometimes it's difficult to coordinate those things.

And so I also had some things to do in advance of leaving for Oklahoma.

And, you know, Ruby Sue has been good to me. So I try to be good to her, and it's

been a while since I've put new shoes on Ruby. And so I wanted to get my tires checked and

needed to get my oil changed. And I needed to get that done today because I've got this is not a brag but they don't

normally stock my style of tire and so they can get it the next day and so I needed to go today

so if they needed to order tires they could have them their first thing in the morning and I could

have some new shoes on the rig for the drive of Norman. And not that I've had any problems, I just like to do some preventative maintenance. I mean, I drive a lot at night. I don't want to be on the side of the road. It parts unknown because you never know when something may happen, right? So I'm trying to avoid a blowout or a flat tire, and so I'm just trying to get ahead of the game.
