But I had so much respect for the guy.

All of a sudden you plow forward. It comes a time you're going to get an opportunity to work with Randy Macho Man's Savage.

How does this happen? Because you've come up the hard way.

There's a lot of other players up there. What made Randy say I've got to work with this cat?

Well, it was coming off, you know, the whole thing was really funny because me and you, we were both trying to be heels.

People just wanted to fuck a cheer for us.

And for me, it happened because of the diamond cutter.

And it happened because it came out of nowhere in job matches.

You know, when the move was getting over and when I realized the book and committee wasn't going to push me, I figured, fuck them.
