0:51.1	I've really enjoyed it too. So you covered a lot in that last session, so we've got a lot to chat about today. I wanted to start by quoting you when you said that we're following the pilgrim in this
1:06.0	arc of transformation and what matters is the interior depth of the meaning of
1:12.0	the experience rather than the exact external details
1:16.7	and we're learning to sensitize ourselves to the deep meaning of things and not
1:21.6	get trapped on the surface. So I'm hoping today we'll
1:26.9	discuss some of those interior insights you know that you that you've been
1:32.3	drawing out for us.
1:33.4	Yeah, one way at least begin, we'll keep looking at it
1:37.6	in different ways as we dialogue here in our time.
