So I'm not kidding when I say I get a call from a friend or real life friend at least once a month, who has concerns about their kid.

And without fail, that friend always feels like they're the only one.

It can be a scary thing to talk about, a scary thing to share, frankly, just a scary thing to say out loud when you have concerns about your kid.

Sometimes we spend a lot of time thinking about these concerns, never voicing them, maybe talking about them with our partners,

but not being really sure what to do with the information, what the next best step is, or if there should even be a next step.
