1:09.6	And then in the sweat lodge the heat got quite intense and she said I know this path is hard I know this path is hard but there's something harder than this path. What's harder

1:22.5	I started practice in a group that formed out of a Ticknat Han young adult retreat.
1:35.8	And what I remember of him was I remember watching him walk.
1:52.1	And it was kind of fascinated like what is this what you know and taking out how I would say like the kingdom the kingdom of God is available to you in the here and now.
2:03.1	Question is whether you're available to the kingdom.
2:07.7	Our practice is to make ourselves ready for the kingdom so that it can manifest in the here and now.
2:13.9	You don't need to die in order to enter the kingdom of heaven.
2:18.4	In fact, you have to be truly alive.
2:24.4	And the main thing that came through in his movement
2:29.9	and walking from the dais off, you know, out of the room.
