1:48.0 | And one of the ways that that is physically experienced is through tension, through tightness in the body and the muscles. |
1:58.6 | And it's very interesting to see how when there's a preoccupation in the mind, |
2:02.6 | around anxiety, for example, or fear, or anger, or desire, the impact it has on the tension in the muscles in the body. |
