| 1:38.3 | For some people, it's the ending, the cessation, |
| 1:43.7 | the stopping of certain, of what has been maybe perpetual, ongoing, stressful thinking and reactivity and |
| 1:49.2 | fearing and wanting, that somehow we have a full experience that something has really stopped. |
| 1:59.8 | A deep full stopping. That's also a vision. Oh, right here, there is a sense of feeling |
| 2:08.5 | or intuition of there is a way that these things can stop. There's already stopped in a certain |
| 2:16.7 | dimension of our life, certain room in our minds. |
| 2:20.3 | It's like having a big house with, it's been a huge mess, but then one room is cleaned. |
| 2:30.3 | And then you know it theoretically, it's possible to clean the rest of the rooms. |
