1:06.0 | And to come to freedom in Buddhism, a kind of a deep inner freedom, is we're supported by |
1:17.6 | staying close to or recognizing in a deep way, or to say differently, not in a continuous way, |

1:33.5 | And it's almost as if, or it is like, that if we see change, |
1:37.5 | we realize deeply we can't cling to anything. |

1:47.4 | current of a river. You put your hand into that current. You're going to grab that current, |
1:53.8 | grab that water, hold on tight, and you come up empty-handed. It might be a few drops of water |

2:02.3 | amenable to being grabbed, and the water just goes out your hands. But some people are constantly |
2:10.6 | grabbing, grabbing, or they're grabbing within the current, thinking they have it. |
