Joe do you want to tell them a little bit about the kind of stuff that you're doing on those channels.

Yeah, I appreciate it man. More or less just trying to do content on every platform so everything's a little bit different doing some stuff exclusive to Instagram these days and then doing all my life.

Content over on Twitch and then trying to do some more educational type courses on YouTube just to try and teach people to get better at DFS not just give away picks every week.

So hopefully I've been accomplishing that but yeah just trying to be versatile you know just do videos everywhere and see all the different audiences we can kind of collaborate with.

So one of the things that I love about Joe's work is that a lot of these guys who we talk to in DFS and we're giving out DFS advice like tags and I were focusing a lot on season long leagues and some of that can carry over to DFS Joe focus is exclusively on DFS and he kills it every week so I'm looking forward to to picking his brain tags how you doing man.

I'm doing good man we're recording the show before my fasting window open so I'm like I'm usually hungry around this time but I'm even more hungry today because my wife she went out and she got me like she knows like my favorite smell is like a

you know vanilla cupcake or like a you know the fun Fetty cake your favorite smell oh that smell that is fantastic.

So she went out and got me this candle warmer and put it downstairs in my office and it smells fantastic but it's making me even more hungry.

Man so I did a live stream today where I was talking start sit and I got through all my rankings and everything and right as I was right as I was about to answer Q&A my mic just completely cut out and people were telling me but I wasn't paying any I was like looking at the comments at the top going on

down so I was just talking to myself for a while so I was thinking I was going to eat some pizza after that but I was trying to figure out the issue and so I've got a pizza sitting right next to me right now and it's going to bother me this whole

podcast that's I'm jealous of you you enjoy both you guys have like teenage bodies so just don't even talk to me about it just let's say I'm in the same boat as you guys I do the

intermittent fasting as well so I'm actually going to go have a nice lunch after this as well so I'm pretty pretty excited about that nice

sorry for talking about pizza guys terrible that's terrible I am not doing that in fact I had done this for breakfast today too so I'm feeling pretty good about myself and hopefully I can feel good about my lineup as well I

actually love my lineup right now but I'm willing to be flexible as we get more information throughout the week and by the way before we get into I want to
