We got a full slate a lot to break down and we're gonna get to it and first of course

I got a welcome back our good friend Scott Simpson to the show third time joining us this season and you've officially become our holiday guy

Right you did labor day with us. Yeah, did Thanksgiving with us and now you're doing new years with us basically

So during the holidays my wife gives me a little bit of time

I like to spend it talking football. That's the love we have

Well, I will try to not to keep you too long. I know you've got other things going on and I know

You know, you've got some children upstairs waiting to do activities with you

So we'll try to make this as concise as possible

But we got a lot to break down today including the big change to the COVID situation too, which is now

The NFL PA is saying that they're taking on the new CDC restrictions or guidelines

I should say we're in so the 10-day quarantine we're down to five with the negative tests and symptoms and not having symptoms
