Intuitive eating as a form of self-care? Absolutely. In this session, registered dietitian Devrie Pettit joins Monica Packer to unravel the myths and fears around intuitive eating—a self-care framework that could transform your relationship with food AND your body. Discover why letting go of food rules might be the key to real nourishment, how to rebuild self-trust, and what happens when you finally give yourself permission to eat.
