And I'm Simon Sandsbury. Yes, we're here today to revisit that interesting subject of devolution and local government reorganisation, as much as anyone can understand it at the moment. But help us do that. We've asked for some voices from outside of Portsmouth to actually hear about how that might impact wider Hampshire

and indeed the Isle of Wight.

So joining us this evening, we have Andrew Garrett from the Isle of White, Malcolm Wallace,

who's a Hampshire County Councilor representing Meon Valley.

yourselves who you, with the area you represent and how you got into politics.

So my name is Malcolm Wallace.

I am a dual hatter.

So I'm Winchester City Councilor for Central

Meon Valley and Hampshire County Councillor for Meon Valley. I was first elected three years ago

onto Winchester City Council and I was the first green on Winchester Council then.

And just last year at a by-election, I was elected onto Hampshire County Council. And again, I was
