Summary
The Island of the Dolls, or Las Isla de las Muñecas, is located in an ancient Aztec canal system outside of Mexico City. This island has 1000s of dolls of all types, hung from trees, nailed to things... and all in pretty sad shape, with missing limbs and spiders crawling out of their open heads. It's said that the island's former and only resident ever, Don Julian Santana Barrera, initially put the dolls up to appease the spirit of a little girl that he couldn't save from drowning. 10/10 would go there, but definitely not at night.
